SMS Terms and Conditions of Use
This is a standard rate SMS program and message frequency will vary by user. We reserve the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time. To participate, you must have a text messaging enabled mobile device with a text messaging plan. Not all mobile devices may be supported, and text messaging may not be available in all areas. We and our service providers and the supported mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Privacy Policy governs the manner in which we collect, use, maintain, and disclose information collected from users of our messaging services. We do not share end-user data with third parties. Your mobile opt-in will not be shared with other companies.
Consent: By opting in to our messaging services, you agree to receive informational and promotional messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, marketing, franchise information, etc.) from our company. Message frequency may vary, “message and data rates may apply”.
If you have any questions about your text or data plan it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Unsubscribe: You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. If you cancel from one of our text message programs, you may continue to receive text messages from Mr. Pickle’s Franchise Systems through any other program you have joined separately until you separately cancel from those programs. You may also continue to receive messages via text message related to orders or transactions placed online or through your Mr. Pickle’s Loyalty Program, upon sign-up or log-in to your Mr. Pickle’s account.
Should you require assistance, message HELP and our support team will be with you immediately.
Duty to Notify and Indemnify: You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you used to subscribe to the program. You are responsible for completing the opt-out process or notifying us immediately if you change, transfer, or intend to stop using the mobile telephone number used to subscribe to the program. You may notify us of a number change by contacting Mr. Pickle’s Franchise Systems as provided under Contact Us page of our website. Your agreement to do so is a material part of these terms and conditions.
You agree to indemnify Mr. Pickle’s Franchise systems in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to complete the opt-out process or notify us if you change, transfer, or intend to stop using your telephone number including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Don’t forget to give as much information as possible so we can locate your receipt.
First, check with the shop you visited to see if they can fix internally. If not, please check with your bank to rectify the issue.
There a select few locations who are licensed to use the name but don’t necessarily carry the same menu. These licensed locations are not maintained or regulated by Mr. Pickle’s Corporate Office.
Employment Verification is handled at the store level.

Certain locations may offer a special discount for seniors, those in the military or veterans. Check with your local Mr. Pickle’s Location for more information.
Hiring is handled at the store level. Please reach out to the store where you applied and speak with the owner or manager regarding the status of your application.
Prices vary by location. Our franchise locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees, who can set their own prices.
